About us Tim Hogans Flooring, LLC is a growing small business located in Charleston, WV focused on residential and commercial flooring, kitchens and baths. We are professional, customer-centric, creative and our goal is to build a team of dynamic individuals that are self-starters that want to grow with our business. Our owners are vertically integrated with a group of various companies focused on the construction industry and we are looking to grow our kitchen and bath design services. The team member we are looking for will have experience with creating clean and functional kitchens and baths for clients, and has a passion for collaborating with our team to create designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This person should be highly motivated to meet the customer needs and to work with them through various projects. Use of 2020 Design Software or a similar type of design software is a plus. Input from our Kitchen Designer is highly valued, and in many cases, their feedback is responsible for creating new products that implement innovative design concepts.
Output: As the successful candidate, you will be the core of the company\'s mission to reduce kitchen and bath clutter, waste and confusion by coming up with practical and aesthetic designs. Kitchen and bath design along with sales experience is preferred. Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with clients to discuss kitchen, bath and flooring needs.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Travel to client locations for measurements and visual inspections to identify issues.
  • Designs kitchens and bath layouts for clients.
  • Ability to cross sale other services as identified.
  • Creative and open minded to meet the clients objectives and style.
  • Ability to coordinate various styles, designs, and product lines.
  • Coordinates the work of contractors and subcontractors when needed.
Pay: Based on experience and will be a base with commission. Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license. Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
