We are seeking an End User Systems Support Technician to support the day-to-day use of business systems across the organization. This role works closely with end users to troubleshoot issues, support system usage, and help ensure reliable and accurate system performance.

In addition to user support, the role will assist with reporting, documentation, system updates, and ongoing improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support employees in the use of business systems and applications Troubleshoot system issues, access problems, and data inconsistencies Assist users with reports, system navigation, and basic data needs Document issues, resolutions, and basic procedures Support system updates, testing, and minor enhancements Coordinate with vendors or internal resources as needed

Qualifications

Experience in systems support, IT support, or a related role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with non-technical users Basic Excel and reporting skills Organized, dependable, and service-oriented

Preferred

Experience supporting ERP or business systems Manufacturing or operations environment exposure

Pay: From $43,000.00 per year
