ABOUT US We provide high-quality custom development services and marketing solutions (mostly digital) for clients in Central Florida and across the country. You can expect to be working in a fast-paced environment providing steady and often rapid delivery for business partners and clients. ABOUT YOU You love to dream up social media posts, blog posts, website content, slide decks, and more. You\'re a content creator -- able to both write and design -- who wants to be involved in every aspect of the creation process. You can switch effectively between print and digital projects while maintaining a seamless brand for the client. You like to be around people who like to go after big goals, tell visual stories, and create the uncreated. You are confident enough to be ready to jump in and contribute quickly, with the ability to work well either in a team or on your own. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with senior content team members on strategy, tactics, and content ideas. Write engaging copy for campaigns on behalf of CTS and its clients.

• Typical requests may include social media content, website copy, and blog posts; copy on flyers, ads, and reports; video scripts and interview questions; and more.

Design graphics for both web and print on behalf of CTS Agency and clients.

• Typical requests might include website graphics, flyers, logos, billboards, PowerPoint decks, email templates, social media graphics, digital ads, and more.

Assist in creating other types of content as-needed, in collaboration with other CTS team members and partners REQUIRED SKILLS + EXPERIENCE Strong writing portfolio demonstrating clear understanding of writing principles and grammar/spelling standards Strong graphics portfolio demonstrating creativity and clear understanding of design principles Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, and be proactive Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in groups or independently Ability to take detailed notes and relay information to develop creative materials Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) Willingness to learn new things and keep up with industry standards Knowledge of WordPress CMS and/or email newsletter systems
