Summary

The Content Creator is responsible for collaborating with other marketing and sales professionals to develop successful social media campaigns. The duties include communicating with freelance Content Creators, overseeing social media campaign schedules, and pulling KPI data to determine social media campaign success.

Essential Duties/Accountabilities

  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI pertaining to organic social media posts
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Curate and manage brand content to be utilized on brand websites, blogs, social communities, marketing promotions & communication, etc.
  • Work with dealership staff members to gather content for social media, digital display, and digital advertising
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preference
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily
  • Coordinate photoshoots on site every week (including but not limited to 2-3 days of shooting) to generate content for all brands
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media tools and applications
  • Continue to post daily content on all dealer & affiliate accounts
  • Assist in coordinating event content capture for all dealership brands
  • Coordinate videographer for events including pricing, editing, and completion timelines
  • Manage social media performance and ensure continuing growth in followers and engagers
  • Event photography includes images to show event space, setup, production, decoration, and vehicle display in no less than 45 pictures.
  • Coordinate all content scheduling to correlate with global, national, and local events
  • Curate and send monthly reporting or previously determined KPIs
  • Generate, edit, and publish all dealership social media content
  • Assist department in event coordination as it pertains to digital and social media accounts Incorporate GMB into all content
  • Create a brand identity for each brand layout, mockup


Work Environment
  • This is an on-site role, and the candidate will be responsible for traveling to the different dealerships 25% travel required
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee may work in offices and other dealership/storeroom environments on occasion.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • Approximately 2-3 years of experience in social media and public relations and communications
  • At least 3 years in progressive Social Media, Content Creation, or Multimedia
  • 4-year college degree in, communications, Marketing, or another related field.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
  • Occasional bending and standing
