Due to our company\'s continuous growth, we are looking for a results-driven and hardworking Junior Accountant to focus on responsibly ensuring that all PO\xe2\x80\x99s/Sales Orders are accurately processed and that invoices are generated in a timely manner. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the company\'s financial transactions are managed accurately and efficiently. This position will report to the Financial Controller.

In this role, you will

• Track sales orders to confirm that all items or services are delivered in a timely manner
• Process invoices to ensure that customers are billed in a timely manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that invoices are approved and coded correctly
• Responsible for generating invoices for other company transactions
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure that all payments and receipts have been properly recorded
• Maintaining accurate records of all PO\xe2\x80\x99s/Sales Orders, invoices, and financial transactions.
• Create reports or spreadsheets to track payments and account balances
• Communicate with customers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to sales orders or invoices
• Assist with the month-end close process by preparing journal entries or other financial reports

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• 1-3+ years experience in Accounting
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Capacity to learn & support new technologies quickly
• Ability to work in a team environment

Location

• This role will be on-site position located in Miami Beach, FL
