The Budd Group is seeking a tech-savvy and people-oriented leader to join our Alamance-Orange County Branch here in North Carolina. The right candidate is willing and able to work well with others and will naturally take action in an autonomous environment with time-sensitive deadlines. Hours: Monday- Friday Evening Shift 12 PM to 9 PM Location: The greater NC Triad area What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing: \xe2\x80\xa2 The Operations Manager interviews, hires, and trains new employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolves and responds to employee and customer issues.

• Assigns tasks to workers and completes site inspections \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversees Safety training and adherence to safety policies \xe2\x80\xa2 Purchases, issues, and orders necessary supplies and equipment and ensures that all equipment is in good operating condition. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviews employee\xe2\x80\x99s time daily \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs the duties of workers they supervise if needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for site inspections and communicates with customers an updated monthly reports on the condition of the building or work in progress. What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking for: \xe2\x80\xa2 2-3 years of Management experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelors degree preferred but not required \xe2\x80\xa2 A driver\xe2\x80\x99s license is required.
