We are a New Jersey based Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking to hire a Level II IT support analyst. We work with small and medium businesses within NJ, NY and PA. This will require you to work EST timezone 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Ascendant provides a complete set of IT consulting and technical services. As a qualified candidate, you must have EXCELLENT communication (written/verbal) and telephone skills. You will be engaging with clients on a daily basis. If you are the right candidate, we will develop you both technically and professionally. We are looking for an IT professional who is self-motivated and has excellent troubleshooting/technical skills. Technical Responsibilities
* Level 2 Support Contact for Desktop/Network/Server Support
* User Administration; i.e. Password Resets, New Accounts, Terminations
* Remote Access to Desktops via TeamViewer, MSP Connect, etc.
* Basic Networking (Internet, File/Print, Etc.)
* Virus and Malware Clean-up
* Backup and System Monitoring
* Responding to System Alerts
* Microsoft Windows 7 & 10 and Microsoft Office Suites
* Email Admin for Office 365 and On-Premise Exchange
* Mobile Device Configuration Admin Responsibilities
Support Ticket Entry (AutoTask)
