What You Will Do:

Our Business and IT Strategy Transformation consultants help our clients improve business value through optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of their IT capabilities. This high performing group plays a critical role in multi-disciplinary strategy teams. We enable our clients to understand, plan for, and realize strategic opportunities presented by information technology through a collection of capabilities such as Digital Strategy Development, Technology Assessments, IT Roadmaps, Enterprise IT Management, and System Modernization.

What You Will Need:

• Minimum Years of Experience: 15+ years working on enterprise business and IT strategy and modernization projects.
• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor\'s degree, Master\xe2\x80\x99s a plus
• Must have an ability to meet Public Trust clearance requirements.
• Experience in a top-tier commercial and public sector consulting firm
• Demonstrated, proven record of success selling and delivering IT Strategy work at a senior level at a professional services firm supporting clients
• Understanding of business processes, systems, and technology interdependencies
• Ability to formulate business and technical solutions collaboratively with clients
• Experience developing architecture diagrams, process flows, drawings, and visual communications
• Knowledge of gathering, analyzing and articulating business & IT capabilities / requirements
• Engagement with business executives to define, understand and document IT strategy and desired business capabilities and both creating and implementing future-state capabilities
• Implementation of enterprise-level business process improvement and technology solutions within functions and industries (e.g. IT, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Collaboration with clients to develop strategic technology plans and roadmaps, tactical initiatives, key performance indicators, and reporting dashboards
• Experience leading project teams in the implementation of IT strategy methodologies and frameworks
• Experience launching and managing an IT PMO for a complex program
• Experience developing business and IT functional requirements to support future state implementation of an IT solution
• Demonstrates proven abilities and a record of success to direct and execute the following areas: Client Delivery, Solution Development, Client Relationship Management as a trusted advisor
• Knowledge and ability to delivery against a sales target and plan for strategic technology consulting programs.
• Ability to structure and develop quality client deliverables for a c-suite-level IT audience

• Desirable certifications: PMP
