Innovate to solve the world\'s most important challenges As the Investigations Manager, Americas, you will conduct complex and sophisticated investigations as well as manage investigators. As a subject matter expert over investigations, you will personally conduct some of the most complex and sophisticated investigations for numerous customers, to include Human Resources, Integrity & Compliance, and all Business Units. You will perform interviews, both remote and in person. You will also review documents, communications, digital evidence and other sources of information. You will be required to prepare clear and concise investigative reports based upon findings as a result of your investigations, to include associated culpability documentation. In addition, you will supervise three investigators based in the Americas, who also perform routine and complex internal investigations of misconduct. You will be responsible for supervising their work, reviewing their investigative reports and managing their performance. You will also be expected to identify gaps in processes and training and then work with senior managers in order to fill those gaps. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and conduct significant investigations
  • Prepare investigative reports
  • Manage and protect confidential information
  • Work with HR, Audit, Legal and business stakeholders
  • Manage three Sr. Investigators (2 LATAM-based, and 1 US-based)
  • Review the investigative documentation of your direct reports
  • Provide high level briefings

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related discipline such as Law, Accounting, Intelligence, Criminal Justice, or Law Enforcement.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
