Covid-19 Vaccinations: This position will require the successful candidate to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination.

As an Inventory Manager, you will accurately document and track all product inventory once completed by kitchen production through to final sale with our internal tracking systems. You\'ll manage inventory with a critical focus on sales fulfillment. In addition, you will facilitate and assist with all sale transactions including being a point of contact for our company sales reps. For this position, you must be able to work a flexible schedule. \

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create schedule for inventory employees
  • Ensure every box is packaged correctly and within compliance
  • Confirm all pulls and physical inventory are accurate and compliant
  • Responsible for compliance issues that happen outside the facility and be the point of contact
  • Compliance: Complete compliance webinar series along with readings. Have a basic understanding of all OLCC and Metrc compliance regarding labeling, inventory, testing, transfers and manifesting
  • Maintain inventory regulations
  • Must keep inventory levels within a 5% parameter and accurately log all discrepancies
  • Perform daily audits of physical inventory
  • Receive inventory
  • Document and enter all inventory from production kitchen into tracking systems
  • Clearly label all inventory
  • Work closely with Director of Operations and Production Manager on inventory levels and packaging planning
  • Log all transfers from inventory items into finished packaged sellable units
  • Maintain all inventory tracking systems - update every morning and evening
  • Support sales by making sure that inventory staff fulfills orders and completes manifest documentation
  • Maintain a clean and extremely organized inventory vault
  • Design and implement systems to improve operations, inventory management and sales
  • Create solutions to streamline facility processes
  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
  • Assist the Production Manager as needed.
  • Ensure a safe working environment.

Supervisory Duties
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization\'s policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include training employees and assisting with planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Monitors time and attendance.
  • Provides regular performance feedback and coaching to direct reports including reviews.
Qualifications
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Education: Associate\'s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant field preferred
  • Experience: At least 3 years of directly related experience and/or training in an inventory, analyst or logistics role or environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment. Must have strong attention to detail. At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. METRC experience preferred.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: OLCC Marijuana Worker\'s Permit required. Food Handler\'s Card a plus.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.

$67,500 - $77,500 a year \

Compensation:

As a non-exempt employee, you\'ll receive a competitive salary of $67,500-77,500/yr, 10 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
