Job Description

Regions Hospital is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator to join our team in our Supply Chain Services Department! This position provides exceptional customer service through welcoming behaviors, effective communication, and information sharing. This position will be responsible for the following job duties/responsibilities:

• Works independently, place orders and delivers clean linens and collect soiled linens throughout the hospital
• Monitors and manages workflow and inventory to ensure that the department is productive and operates efficiently
• Meets regularly with nursing, physicians, purchasing, Supply Chain staff and other hospital staff to review usage and make recommendations related to supply chain distribution and processes
• Develops and executes performance measures, quality tracking and customer satisfaction programs
• Gives direction to staff and acts as the lead on duty
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent. Associate/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration or health related field. Four (4) years of relevant experience may substitute for education requirement
• Experience: Two (2) years of experience of supply, inventory, or purchasing work experience required.
• Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License: Must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and the ability to be insured to drive via Regions Hospital standards and policies
• Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Technology literacy is a plus
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Salary Rate: $48,000-$54,000/year Work Schedule: 7am-330pm Monday-Friday Type of Position: Full-time; 40 hours a week Benefits:
