Job Description




This role will own and drive the Global Integrated Marketing and Game Developer Programs for Intel across CPUs and GPUs (processors and graphics).

This is a highly multidisciplinary role that will require interaction with internal teams including fellow members of the Sales and Marketing Group (SMG), Corporate Marketing, Product and Technical marketing, Regional Marketing, Game Developer Relations, Game Developer Engineering and PR teams to deliver a successful Integrated Marketing Program for Gaming across Client and Graphics. Our team and our org play a pivotal role in how Intels global marketing strategies are rolled out through various forms of co-marketing at retail and channel customers around the world

The candidate will also collaborate with external partners including marketing and event agencies, OEMs, streamers, influencers, game developers and publishers, and eSports partners to ensure Intel\'s consumer gaming products are successfully marketed with games. Success in the role requires strong leadership skills to lead and drive conversations around product marketing requirements and positioning, hardware and software technology features, game bundles, and global go-to-market strategy. A strong understanding of the semiconductor and GPU industry, go to market, OEM and channel marketing experience is key to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the gaming go-to-market strategy and plan for global marketing aligned to business priorities, whether for centralized or regional activation.
  • Responsible for development and communication of the global marketing strategy and vision
  • Define overall gaming demand generation strategy and develop and lead high impact campaigns and programs to generate interest and sales
  • Develop cross-marcom integration plans for gaming partners that align to product launches, major business priorities, and key moments throughout the year
  • Fully accountable for all game developer marketing strategies and programs while leading new initiatives that target the consumer gaming audience
  • Develop, manage, and coordinate worldwide campaigns and programs for both gaming PC systems and component channel audience segments
  • Identify and create new opportunities utilizing strategic partners focused on technical collaboration and strategic market impact to generate demand
  • Support product strategy and definition of Intel\'s gaming CPUs and GPUs, create competitive playbooks
  • Collaborate with industry partners to successfully develop game marketing programs with Intel GPU/CPU products
  • Budget management for all marketing-related efforts for various ISV franchises
  • Lead direction on market scope and marketing spend, incorporating media mix models and demand funnels, ensuring accountability at functional level
  • Collect and articulate customer and competitive market feedback and requirements
  • Own and manage the Developer Outreach program develop all outbound messaging, website presence, assets, and communications with the game developer ecosystem.
  • Drive global developer marketing strategy and activate peers across Marketing, Partnerships, Product and Communications teams to execute
  • Lead both scaled and hyper-targeted global marketing initiatives and programs, and contribute to launching digital campaigns
  • Develop strategic positioning, overarching ecosystem gaming narrative demonstrating key product features and technologies
  • Cultivate partnerships and be the liaison and brand steward for any game marketing support

  • Experience influencing across cross-functional and stakeholder teams
  • Experience in brand, creative, digital marketing, content strategy, go-to-market, demand gen and field/regional marketing
  • Experience partnering with Product Marketing, Product Management and Engineering organizations on technically detailed content
  • Participate in product tradeshows and working with media and industry representatives


Qualifications


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or Business and 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, and/or Go-to-Market in the semiconductor technology industry with a business background.
  • Proven 10+ year track record of successfully delivering global marketing strategies aligned to business outcomes while managing dependencies in large, cross-matrix, and geo-dispersed organizations
10+ years of experience:
  • Building programs that map to business goals, demonstrate deep segment expertise, and showcase complex, creative excellence
  • In Gaming, Consumer Retail and Channel
  • Managing external vendors

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $188,530.00-$329,690.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
