Overview: Impact the moment We have an opening for an experienced, innovative, strategic Inside Sales Representative (Remote Opportunity). This individual will support all inside sales representatives and management on attaining and surpassing quota by strategically working any given sales orientated task as directed by the Inside Sales Manager or Inside Sales Vice President.
How will you make an impact?
- Attain and surpass sales goal with the proven ability to \xe2\x80\x9cadvance\xe2\x80\x9d the sale and build customer relationships to maintain and expand market penetration.
- Develop understanding and knowledge of McGraw-Hill Prek-12 Programs.
- Proficient use of multiple software programs, platforms, and devices.
- Develop and maintain customer profiles, build new contacts/customers, identify and influence customer needs.
- Communicate internally and externally to influence sales.
- Work fulltime remotely with up to limited travel.
- Perform targeted customer outreach by phone and email to build and maintain pipeline.
- Create and execute strategic territory plans with organization and follow through.
- Prioritize customer base and ensure availability, visibility, and promotional activity with respect to that base.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Education and or sales experience preferred.
- Microsoft software skills: Outlook and Power Point (basic), Word and Excel (intermediate), Salesforce CRM
The average base salary range for this position is around $50,000 \xe2\x80\x93 $55,000 annually, however, base salary pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, such as a company provided vehicle, depending on the position offered. This information is provided per the New York City Pay Transparency Bill and the Colorado Equal Pay Act.
