Position Overview:
We're seeking an
experienced Inside Sales Professional
to join our retail team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building genuine relationships, providing consultative solutions, and driving revenue growth through exceptional customer service. You'll work directly with customers in our showroom, learning product lines inside and out to communicate the value of quality equipment and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Consult with clients to understand their fitness goals and recommend tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain high standards of product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer records in our CRM system.
Assist in maintaining showroom organization, merchandising, and cleanliness.
Collaborate with management to improve processes, promotions, and customer experience.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in retail or inside sales that had a commission structure. (fitness, home goods, or luxury retail preferred). This does notmean generic retail experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Confident in consultative and value-based selling.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
Passion for health, fitness, or helping others improve their lifestyle is a plus.
