Job Description
Job Summary
We seek a passionate and dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and working with children from 12 - 18 months of age.
Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth. Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants Develop and follow a daily schedule that incorporates learning, playtime, and rest periods Monitor and document children's progress and behavior Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive educational team
Qualifications
Child Development Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage classroom dynamics and behavior effectively Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
