As an Infant Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and guiding the youngest learners in our educational environment. What you'll do

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development and learning. Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive atmosphere for all students. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the educational experience. Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage with parents through regular communication regarding their child's progress and needs. Support children with special education needs or disabilities through tailored activities.

Basic qualifications

Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. First aid certification is preferred to ensure the safety of all children.

Preferred qualifications

Background in early childhood education or related field. Experience with infant care, toddler care, or caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting. Familiarity with behavior management strategies to support diverse learning needs. Classroom management experience to maintain an organized learning environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
