Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Care Assistant to provide exceptional care to individuals in their homes. As an In Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients who require assistance with daily living activities. This position requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Duties:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients who may be dealing with dementia, developmental disabilities, or other health conditions. Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance within HIPAA regulations. Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to our care standards. Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients with assisted living needs, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Requirements:

Experience working in home care, assisted living, or a related field and empathetic nature, with a focus on providing exceptional care preferred. Knowledge of dementia care and hospice care principles preferred. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, Proof of Insurance is required. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to pass a Pre-employment drug screen. Video Interview is required.
