PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Implementation Manager is responsible for new client implementation of any of the HealthTrio product suite and existing client implementation covering portal refresh, product add\xe2\x80\x90on or major feature addition. This position will manage the entire implementation process, including planning, timeline adherence, troubleshooting, conflict resolution and client hand\xe2\x80\x90off. The manager will represent HealthTrio in a professional manner and is a major contributor to the tone of the new client relationship. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manages day\xe2\x80\x90to\xe2\x80\x90day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Collaborates with internal areas as appropriate to solve issues and plan successful outcomes.
  • Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a prescribed basis.
  • Communicates with internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
  • Completes special projects or other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment preferred.
  • PMI certification a plus.
  • Comprehensive experience with technical concepts, software and techniques to provide innovative, analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated success in project management.
  • Familiarity in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
  • Experience with Internet, intranet, extranet and client/server architectures.
  • Strong analytic, consulting and presentation skills; communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Exhibits initiative and drive to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS operational environment
EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience gained in assignments involving project management; experience in the health care or health related industry is a plus.
EDUCATION: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field of study, or the equivalent functional work experience. CERTIFICATION(S): Certification by a recognized Project Management certifying entity is a plus. CLEARANCE: None TRAVEL: May require occasional travel throughout the continental United States up to 25% JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on issues of complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. Customers are primarily external; also interacts frequently with internal contacts and cross-functional teams, making a significant and positive contribution to the organization. SUPERVISION: Works independently, while providing leadership, and direction. Supervisory responsibilities include reviewing and approving timecards, PTO, and feedback around performance. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Occasional off-hour/evening/weekend and/or overtime hours may be required. The essential functions of this position may be performed remotely, or in a climate-controlled office environment.
