As a change management consultant, you\xe2\x80\x99ll lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a communications plan, training, and change strategy.   • Experience implementing and managing CMS/CCIIO operations
  • Experience applying Agile practices
  • Experience with the CMS software development lifecycle
  • Ability to bring people together around a shared vision and build coalitions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Completion of SAFe Training

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual\xe2\x80\x99s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen\xe2\x80\x99s total compensation package for employees. Work Model
