Overview

IGT is looking for an Interactive Marketing Specialist to specifically support our Kentucky

iLottery program. The Specialist will have a primary focus on the planning, execution,

maintenance, and optimization of current and future marketing campaigns in support of

customer goals.

We are looking for someone with passion, energy, intellect, and initiative that can bring fresh

ideas. Our ideal candidate has a strong interest in digital marketing.

This position will be based in our Providence, RI corporate office and requires a high degree of

collaboration with various internal groups and will report to the Interactive Marketing Manager

based in Kentucky. Innovative thinking and problem solving along with an open and

collaborative communication style are critical. Familiarity with the following is preferred: email

marketing, search engine marketing, social media, pay-per-click campaign management, Google

Analytics, and display advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Manage online projects, and requests to meet or exceed expectations and deliver quality work on time.
  • Identify trends in our National Response Center and respond to player tickets. Recommend ways to improve player experience.
  • Support the maintenance of data quality and segmentation depending on the target audience.
  • Expand knowledge of basic online marketing tools, trends, and best practices regularly.
  • Monitor iLottery programs with Interactive Marketing Manager, to recommend changes and improvements for increased sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, key vendors, and customers
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to summarize information or share details based on an assessment of the situation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management.
  • Curious learner.
  • Ability to pick up and apply knowledge to daily responsibilities quickly.
  • Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
  • BA/BS degree in marketing/business
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate marketing department
  • 2+ years of online marketing support experience
  • Graphic design experience preferred

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills,

experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated

starting compensation range is $36,500 - $100,500 The actual pay offered may end up being higher or

lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements,

where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission

payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a

401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and

disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft
