Responsibilities

IGT is seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented attorney to support the global

Procurement team and Gaming Americas business. The ideal candidate will be proactive,

and diligent and have excellent business acumen to collaborate with attorneys, sales, technology,

and product development teams, as well as internal business partners in furtherance of the

goals of the business. This position involves addressing a spectrum of complex legal, business,

and strategic issues with a focus on preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts,

such as vendor and customer contracts. This position will preferably be based in Las Vegas,

Nevada, Reno, Nevada, or Providence, Rhode Island, and will report to Deputy General Counsel,

Global Gaming and IP.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate with admission to at least one State bar
  • 4-6 years as a practicing attorney, including contract law experience working at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex concepts and issues effectively with all levels of management
  • Ability to multi-task and work quickly and collaboratively under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and successfully as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred:
  • Gaming experience
  • Experience supporting a procurement organization
  • Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat (including AdobeSign), and Oracle SAP
  • Ability and desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills,

experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated

starting compensation range for the Corporate Counsel role is $67,200 - $164,500. The actual pay

offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and

collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission

payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a

401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and

disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft
