Job Description


Role:

The Identity and Access Management team (IAM) team is responsible for the governance and operations of the access management capabilities with the IAM department. The IAM Analyst, Consultant will report to the Access Management Sr. Manager. In this role you will provide ongoing support, and request fulfillment of the related services and provides escalation and support to internal application teams and team members.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure that documentation is maintained related to all tools, processes frameworks, OLAs, SLAs communications and automation solution management
  • Create estimates of effort and delivery plans for the analysis, design, and development of all frameworks and test solutions
  • Contribute to Compliance and Audit investigations and leads audit remediation execution
  • Collaborate closely with team members to help facilitate and drive the execution of requirements for access provisioning, automation implementation, design, development, code reviews, and reporting for access control frameworks
  • Support automated solutions and custom tools to be used user access frameworks for applications/systems spanning multiple domains
  • Accountable to ensure the successful completion of deliverables/tasks by the team as well as at the individual contributor level
  • Contributes to compliance and audit investigations and leads audit remediation execution
  • Operates as subject matter expert in Access Management solutions
  • Carries out operational, and strategic activities, and change management of all impact and risk levels
  • Engages in Incident Response, Audit, and Disaster Recovery practices. Directs remediation work as required internally
  • Participates and represents Access Management within the organization at architectural, design, engineering engagements, and project efforts
  • Defines, publishes, and maintains Access Management standards, and operational documentation
  • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires practical knowledge of Identity and Access Management typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • Typically, requires a college degree or equivalent experience and 3 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Exposure to work in agile methodology
  • Solid understanding of Identity and Access management principles, and overall concepts around zero trust, segregation of duties, and role-based access controls
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management NIST frameworks and is applicable operating controls
  • Well-established experience with Active Directory
  • Prior experience in SailPoint platforms managing application integrations, and overall administration of its SAAS offerings/modules, desirable:
  • Access Certifications
  • Segregation of Duties
  • Lifecycle Management
  • Access Requests
  • Experience in automation and scripting languages, desirable:
  • PowerShell
  • .Net languages (C#)
  • Robotic Process Automation platforms (UiPath, Katalon)
  • Prior experience in Privileged Access Management technologies such as:
  • CyberArk Vault
  • CyberArk Endpoint Management (EPM)
  • Experience in IAM administration in cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP.
  • Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude with good customer support / interpersonal skills
  • Self-disciplined with good organizational skills, and attention to detail
