Job Description

We are looking for a human resources manager to oversee all personnel related matters, from recruiting and payroll to training staff an evaluating their performance. Ensure employees are engage, well-trained and productive in order to provide a successful customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Hiring, screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates - Running payroll - Maintaining employee records and licenses staying legally compliant - Adhere to compliance laws and requirements - Regulate hours, wages, food safety, worker safety, and anti-discrimination of all employees - Create plans for front of the house and back of the house staff - Provide counseling to management and employees - Enforcement of company policies - Communicate company initiatives and announcements to all employees - Ensure a positive and safe environment - Plan attractive compensation and benefits to increase retention - Oversee employee attendance, working schedules, breaks, overtime, and time off - Schedule meeting sessions and job-related trainings for all employees - Ensure restaurant staff complies with health and safety regulations REQUIREMENTS: - Work experience as a Human Resources Manager preferably in the hospitality industry - Experience recruiting and training employees - Knowledge of regulations - Familiar with payroll software and resume databases - Excellent people skills - Leadership skills - Bilingual (English and Spanish) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits:
