Augusta Precious Metals is a fast-growing, dynamic, successful gold investment company seeking a highly experienced Human Resources manager who offers a depth of expertise, advice, and guidance based on a thorough understanding of policies, legislation, and effective ways to support human resources and company business strategy and best practices. They have proven process and management skills and an ability to communicate in a manner that enables progressive improvement within the organization. They must have prior experience in all HR functions, including management and development of a team. You will be responsible for establishing partnerships and working collaboratively with leaders of the organization to acquire top talent and support the business day to day from an HR perspective. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the business by working closely with leaders to coordinate all recruitment activity, from job description creation, advertising, resume review, pre-screening, interviewing, and hiring through to onboarding
  • Ongoing employee HR functions, including providing advice about employee challenges and needs and exit processing, as agreed upon with company leaders to custom fit this company
  • 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
  • Ability to build effective relationships, influence culture and drive change with consistent application of best practices and alignment to business objectives
  • Excellence in judgement and ability to make recommendations
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all team members, with a positive attitude
  • Extremely well organized and detail oriented with strong time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and simultaneous demands
  • A proven track record of being resourceful, delivering results, and following through on objectives
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $81,180.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits:
