Job Description
Currently seeking a skilled and driven Human Resources Manager for our Skilled Nursing Facility! Our mission is to foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration, and continue to grow our reputation for being the preferred source for skilled nursing/long term care within the communities we serve. Day in the Life / Expectations:
- Assists in implementing Human Resources activities within the facility
- Coordinates and conducts new employee orientation to review policies and procedures
- Input new hires into payroll system
- Manage job postings and contacting of candidates for recruitment purpose
- Manage employee complaints and reports and conduct investigations as needed
- and more.

Requirements:
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- College education in business/human resources preferred
