Bachelor\'s degree. A minimum of two years of human resources or personnel management experience is required. Additional experience in human resources or personnel management may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis.
Preferences
Experience with Labor/Discipline, investigating discrimination and harassment claims, and administering Reasonable Accommodation (ADA) requests is preferred.
