JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for all human resource functions for the Le Mars, IA location. Provides guidance on and ensures that all company policies and procedures are appropriately implemented and administered in accordance with state and federal laws, customer expectations, and business needs. Oversees all areas including recruitment, benefits, compensation, worker\xe2\x80\x99s compensation, labor legal compliance, performance evaluations, employee communication, training, and employee relations.
