www.wishyouwereheregroup.com Opening: HR Generalist (Bilingual English/Spanish) required This role requires bilingual skills and fluency in English and Spanish -required. Form part of the US Human Resources Team and the HR Office, as directed, with HR Business Partner, Administrative duties and functions. HR key responsibilities:

• Provide support to the human resources team and the office as directed
• Provide customer service and support for both internal and external customers for HR related processes
• Maintenance of office files
• Conducts new hire paperwork/onboarding for all new hires, including I9 completion/compliance
• Maintains personnel files for all employees digitally and separated
• Provides support on auditing, reviewing and processing the human resources paperwork and forms
• Must maintain confidentiality and perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Acts as a Company advocate, advancing corporate culture, while ensuring that employees are being supported and represented in a fair and consistent manner.
• Supports the corporate Mission, Vision, and Values in their work and communications.
• Supports the Payroll function.

• Employee benefits administration.
• Supports the HR team with the translation of HR documents into Spanish and assist new hires in translation of onboarding

Administrative

• Clerical support to various management and operational functions
• Serves as frontline HR customer service to receive, solve employee inquiries, requests, and issues
• Travel to East Village, Soho, Midtown, Chelsea and Greenwich Village as needed for HR support at the restaurants.
• Leads the benefits and rewards programs by helping employees with point issues and questions.
• Performs other duties as assigned
