Job Description


  • This position does require occasional travel to our Phoenix, AZ office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage all new hire onboarding paperwork and EmploySource portal work and check for accuracy.
  • Send out and monitor all pre-onboarding emails, templates, and setup for new employees.
  • Termination paperwork and portal work associated with terminated employees and gathering company property back from employees.
  • Update employee all-in salary sheet keeping track of raises, bonuses, review dates, finder\xe2\x80\x99s fees, etc.
  • Keep track of 401k eligibility for employees and send out notices.
  • Keep track of and send notices to employees for medical benefits for new employees or send out open enrollment notices as the policy is about to renew.
  • Set up new employees for OSHA, Dust Control, or SWPP training as needed and file.
  • Set up parking requirements for employees at garages as needed.
  • Assist with the annual insurance audit.
  • Make sure we have appropriate State and Federal postings in our offices and job sites.
  • Update and keep track of the Employee manual management annually.
  • Manage the process of any HR issues that may arise within the company.
  • Manage vacation, PTO time, and company Holidays within the company.
  • Manage all personnel files and keep them current and regulated.
  • Coordinate and train all new employees for all company onboarding.
  • Oversee and manage the recruiting process, including writing job descriptions, vetting candidates, interviews, checking references, drafting/sending offer letters managing recruiting resources.
  • Assist with setting up and organizing companywide events and outings.
  • Data entry on third-party vendor portals and websites.
  • Monitor company compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Assist with employee introductory and annual review process.
  • Help assist others as needed in the office.



QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5 years+ of previous Human Resources experience.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Previous full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, I-9, etc).
  • Have managed benefit functions, and open enrollment, and interfaced with benefits carriers.
  • Facilitate administering FMLA, short-term disability, and employee identification requirements.
  • Excellent computer knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and highly organized.
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment.
