We are seeking a talented Human Resources Business Associate to join our manufacturing plant in Hannibal, Missouri. The Human Resources Business Associate at General Mills is responsible for leading the execution of key HR initiatives. Candidates should have considerable knowledge of Human Resource principles and practices, including but not limited to; Talent Management, Compensation, Data Insights and Project Management.
General Mills Hannibal Plant makes food people love that directly supports the General Mills Supply Chain Snacks and Meals businesses. Hannibal produces consumer brand products such as Old El Paso Dinner Kits, Hamburger Helper Dinners, Suddenly Salad Sides & Nature Valley Bars. The Hannibal Plant is also proud to be the single source producer for our Progresso Soup Brand. The Hannibal Plant operates production out of multiple buildings and supports a separate warehouse & distribution site near the plant. Hannibal is located just 90 minutes north of St. Louis, Missouri.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
HR Business Partner for functional client groups
Project lead for change management initiatives
Partner with HR Manager and leadership in strategy development and execution
Lead initiatives around annual process management (e.g. performance management cycle), workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in ANY major; Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Human Resources Management or Business preferred
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer service focus
Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access), Visio, and SharePoint; with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed
Ability to drive results in a highly ambiguous and constantly changing environment
Strong analytical, quantitative and critical thinking skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to prepare and analyze
HR reports, translate data into recommendations and take appropriate action to achieve desired business results
Ability to lead and manage projects independently
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master\xe2\x80\x99s in human resources or MBA preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing environment preferred
