Responsibilities
Assists regional HR Director to drive processes that optimize talent, engagement, and culture.
Conducts employee investigations and develops recommendations for resolution.
Provides day-to-day guidance on HR-related processes and procedures.
Works closely with management and teammates to create outcomes that positively impact business, improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Proactively anticipates opportunities or issues in the market and recommends innovative solutions.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action
Experienced with cross functional collaboration and influencing through relationships, knowledge, and data
Visits stores within market and interacts with teammates.
Assists with HR special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Travels within market to visit shops (30-40%)
Qualifications
Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to change.
Must be well organized, detail oriented, process oriented, and can handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Effective communication, problem solving and teamwork
Discrete around sensitive company information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, and PPT.
Familiarity with ADP is a plus.
Adept at building rapport with employees at all levels
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
3 years of experience or related field preferred
PHR certification strongly preferred
