Job Description


Primary Responsibilities: Position will be responsible for handling HR related issues and tasks in addition to other various administrative support functions for all departments within the organization.

  • Answer and direct phone calls and visitors at the front desk
  • Complete weekly payroll and maintain files
  • Assist in new hire orientation and other company training
  • Primary contact for temporary staffing agencies
  • Responsible for maintaining training tracker program and working with other departments to ensure training is up to date for all employees
  • Assist in all recognition and engagement activities
  • Manage weekly and monthly data entry
  • Maintain online and hardcopy files for personnel and other reporting
  • Maintain all communication boards
  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned
  • Meet all safety requirements
Skills Required:
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software and capable of learning other software packages as required
  • Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Must be self-starter, upbeat and motivated with an excellent work ethic
  • Must possess the ability to learn quickly and effectively in a highly technical, ever changing, competitive business
  • Excellent attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills
Education & Experience required:
  • Associates Degree
  • 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in human resources
