Your Responsibilities
Establish strategic HR goals and lead their accomplishment.
Coordinate associate morale activities.
Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of integration and skills training for employees and customers.
Lead, manage, and hold accountable our workforce development team to recruit, hire and integrate new employees.
Work with and respond to supervisors and employees to implement proper workplace policies and procedures, and to resolve employment-related issues and/or disciplinary actions.
Lead investigations into employment-related issues, utilizing outside resources and consultants.
Participate in the Company safety committee and manage our drug testing program.
Lead the Company\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with existing and new governmental reporting requirements, such as EEOC, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, COBRA and the Department of Labor.
Manage the Company\xe2\x80\x99s workers\xe2\x80\x99 compensation insurance program including our modified duty and return to work process for injured employees.
Oversee the implementation and use of BambooHR, Spectrum, and Talent LMS
Continuously review company HR policies, programs, and practices. Make recommendations to management for problem solving and improvement.
Cooperate with payroll on matters involving employee payrates and withholdings for benefits.
Manage the Company benefits programs including health insurance and related coverages, 401k, etc.
