Human Resource Analyst | 100% remote opportunity

General Summary:

The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for compiling and analyzing Human Resources data to help streamline HR decisions and operations. This role will be an integral part of developing new and dynamic HR processes and will contribute to the implementation of HR programs. The HR Analyst will provide reporting, analysis and metrics around key HR processes for the HR Operations team in an effort to provide clarity around business and department decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the human resources field, as well as hands-on experience with HR technology tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system
  • Provide implementation support for HR programs.
  • Conduct reporting for employee information and provide analysis to relevant parties.
  • Update and maintain employment records.
  • Provide standard reporting for HR operations, including headcount, employee status, EEO, shared services, employee engagement, and performance.
  • Prepare presentations for results reporting to leadership.
  • Facilitate decision-making for overall HR strategy through presentation of supporting metrics and analysis of data.
  • Provide technical support on programs administered by the people operations team.
  • Track HR timelines for project completion and assist with identifying re-prioritizations if necessary.
  • Provide back-end support for technical implementations of HR programs and platforms.
  • Provide HR team with report-writing support for HR analytics.
  • Create and run scheduled and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Conduct regular HR Systems audits to identify discrepancies or errors.
  • Monitor HR metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • 3+ years\' experience in a similar role (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
  • Previous experience with HR program implementation
  • Solid understanding of HR analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems and reporting
  • Knowledge of ADP reporting
  • Proficiency in data analysis with a keen eye for identifying trends and solution areas
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with employees at all levels of the company
  • Ability to apply discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive delivery of communication and follow up
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
  • Self-motivated and forward-thinking personality
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, Lucid Chart and Visio

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
  • This job operates in a remote professional office environment.
  • This is largely a sedentary role; however, some mobility is required.
  • May work early, late, or occasional weekend hours to accommodate business needs.
  • Occasional lifting of a maximum of 30lbs.
  • Minimal travel to other office locations/meeting locations occasionally necessary.
