GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for general supervision, oversight, training, and technical assistance for stakeholders and contracted providers in order to coordinate care and potential placement for children and adults experiencing a crisis. The position will oversee the implementation and management of crisis care response, and provide leadership, experience, and technical assistance to partner organizations. The position collects, maintains, and analyzes qualitative data from persons experiencing a crisis, their families, and stakeholder agencies to address system gaps and continuously improve service quality. As a Health Program Supervisor, this position manages specific activities supporting the planning, design, development, testing, piloting, rollout, implementation, and operational phases of crisis care response to provide care coordination for individuals whose care and placement needs cross over multiple state agencies and require coordination and funding from multiple sources.
