Responsibilities:

Support data gathering and reporting to state and federal agencies for environmental and pipeline safety compliance
Track applications, invoices and permit/agency fees for regulatory compliance
Produce accurate and timely data submissions and reports for internal corporate reporting
Develop and manage workflows to collect, analyze, and maintain HSE data in centralized HSE Systems of Record (SOR)
Develop and provide standardized methods for quality assurance and control of data entry and reporting to maintain a high degree of data quality
Maintain HSE SharePoint sites including HSE team procedures, standards, processes, and manages access and version control of key documents
Provide coaching and training to employees on the usage and maintenance of HSE SOR

Skills:

Minimum of 5 years in an analyst role preferred
Environmental regulatory experience in oil and gas industry preferred
Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation, and visualization skills to develop reports and presentations for stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PowerBI
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
