Job Description


HR/Benefits Specialist Directs, plans and administers the daily operations of the group benefit programs. Participates in the plan and design of benefits and oversees the administration. Provides customer service and benefits education to team members. Manages the relationships with vendors. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or 5 years related experience.   • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Benefits administration: 2 years
Requirements:
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must have the ability to multitask.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Full time in office positions only
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits:
