Hr Background Specialist
Job Description
Work with employees to guide them through the Federal Background Clearance Process
Working quickly to setup meetings with employees to make any corrections on rejected applications prior to the deadline.
Tracking and following up on all clearance approvals
Basic office work as needed; Filing, knowledge of drop box, word documents, PDF\xe2\x80\x99s, excel spreadsheets, etc.
Following all guidelines, rules, and policies for both the agency and clients.
Other HR duties as assigned including but not limited to: Recruiting, Hiring, Onboarding, Employee Communications, & Termination Processes
