Title: Front Desk Attendant Location: Opportunities available in: Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan in our Housing Programs Overall Responsibilities: The Front Desk Attendant is primarily responsible for ensuring safety and security in the building and for engaging in various other activities to support the wellness of residents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties of Front Desk Attendance include but are not limited to the following activities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitors and secures entrance to the building, including documenting building entrances/exits and other relevant events \xe2\x80\xa2 Answers and directs telephone calls \xe2\x80\xa2 Receives mail and other deliveries \xe2\x80\xa2 Assists in documentation and response to fire drills and other alarms \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicates regularly with clinical and on-call staff regarding medication, resident, and building issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides facility coverage in instances of unplanned absences \xe2\x80\xa2 Assists with medication monitoring as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties as assigned by Program Director and Front Desk Supervisor Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 High School Diploma or equivalent required \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with mentally ill adults preferred All newly hired Project Renewal staff must provide verification of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
