FUEL is looking for a Front Desk Attendant dedicated to helping members meet their health and fitness goals. This position reports to the General Manager. The interview process may include a 1-2 hour trial shift to learn the specific aspects of the job and get a feel for the position. Work you will do: \xc2\xb7 Greet members and guests, verify memberships and direct customers to specific facilities and services. \xc2\xb7 Answers phone calls, respond to questions, take messages, check voicemail, and transfer calls. \xc2\xb7 Provide membership services including selling memberships, collecting payments, manage membership changes and cancellations, and update records. \xc2\xb7 Record and maintain records of complaints, lost property and maintenance repairs. \xc2\xb7 Serve as club cashier for merchandise and other club purchases and maintain adequate stocks of merchandise and information packets at the front desk. \xc2\xb7 Perform light cleaning and keep club neat and orderly during shift. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the safety and security of visitors, members and staff, and maintain the premises and facilities of Fuel Fitness. \xc2\xb7 Perform a variety of other duties to support the goals of Fuel Fitness. Qualifications to Join Our Team: \xc2\xb7 Requires education and experience equivalent to some high school and previous customer service experience. \xc2\xb7 Other combinations of education and experience are considered on a case-by-case basis.
