Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness standards. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet care to promote safety and aesthetics. Assist with furniture arrangement, stocking supplies, and organizing storage areas for efficiency and presentation. Support hotel staff with janitorial duties such as waste removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing amenities. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly. Use industrial cleaning equipment responsibly to handle deep cleaning tasks when necessary. Uphold hospitality standards by providing courteous service and ensuring all areas are welcoming for guests.

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet maintenance. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to perform deep-cleaning tasks effectively. Strong understanding of hospitality practices with a focus on guest satisfaction and cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
