Monday to Friday (4 AM to 12 PM) - Full time
Monday to Friday ( 3 PM to 11 PM) - Full time
Saturday to Sunday (4 AM to 12 PM) - Part Time
Saturday to Sunday (3PM to 12 PM) - Part Time

Position Summary:

The Houseman/Shuttle Driver plays a key dual role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel's public areas and providing safe, friendly, and efficient transportation for hotel guests. This position supports both the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Houseman Duties:

Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms. Assist room attendants by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies as needed. Assist in laundry room Remove trash and dirty linens from guest floors and transport to appropriate areas. Perform light maintenance or report any maintenance issues to the engineering team. Set up and break down meeting rooms or breakfast areas as directed. Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and stocked. Support deep cleaning and special projects as assigned.

Shuttle Driver Duties:

Safely operate the hotel shuttle vehicle to transport guests to and from designated locations (e.g., airport, local businesses, nearby attractions). Assist guests with luggage and ensure a comfortable ride. Maintain cleanliness and fuel levels of the shuttle vehicle; report any mechanical concerns promptly. Adhere to all local traffic laws and hotel safety policies. Maintain accurate records of trip logs and shuttle schedules. Provide local information and a warm, welcoming experience to all guests.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required unless mandated by vehicle type). Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Work Environment:

This position requires both indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Frequent walking, lifting, and bending are required.
