Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors
Coordinate revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize profitability
Oversee budgeting processes, expense control, and financial reporting to maintain fiscal health
Implement and monitor hotel policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations
Supervise night audit activities, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each day
Foster a positive team environment through effective human resources practices, including training, performance reviews, and staff development
Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries and internal communications efficiently
Enhance guest services by maintaining high standards in hospitality delivery and resort amenities
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry
Strong background in hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, and resort management
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration
Proficiency in revenue management techniques and budgeting processes
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests
