As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be the dynamic leader driving the success of our hotel operations! Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest experiences exceptional service and comfort. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction while optimizing revenue. What you'll do



Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain high hospitality standards. Manage front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes and effective multi-line phone systems usage. Oversee budgeting and revenue management to maximize profitability while maintaining quality service. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing overall guest experiences. Conduct regular audits, including night audits, to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and operational compliance. Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and supervise staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence. Implement innovative strategies for improving hotel management processes and enhancing guest satisfaction metrics. Monitor performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve operational goals effectively.

Basic qualifications



Proven experience in hotel management with a strong background in customer service.

Preferred qualifications



Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele. Supervising experience in hospitality management or related fields is essential. Familiarity with budgeting practices and revenue management strategies is preferred. Strong knowledge of guest services protocols and front desk operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,266.51 - $55,718.81 per year
