Hotel General Manager - Country Inn & Suites by Radisson (Dunn, NC)
We are seeking a hands-on
General Manager
to lead our Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Dunn, NC. The GM will oversee all hotel operations, manage a team of 10-14 staff, and ensure strong performance in guest satisfaction, revenue, and brand standards.What You'll Do
Lead daily hotel operations and guest service excellence. Drive revenue growth through sales and marketing efforts. Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team. Oversee financial reporting, accounts receivable, and cost controls. Ensure compliance with safety, brand, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
3+ years hotel management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Choice Hotels brands highly desirable. Proven ability to manage a small team (10-14 employees).
