Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during the breakfast hours in a hotel setting. This role requires a passion for food and hospitality, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant dining experience. The Breakfast Attendant will assist in the preparation and presentation of breakfast items, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and ensure that all food handling practices meet safety standards.

Duties

Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items, including pastries, fruits, cereals, and beverages. Prepare coffee to ensure guests have a variety of options. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by regularly clearing tables and cleaning surfaces. Assist guests with any inquiries or requests related to breakfast offerings. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets hotel standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to proper food handling guidelines.

Experience

Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
