Hotel Breakfast Attendant

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites is looking for a Breakfast Host/Hostess of our hotel. Previous hotel or Food & Beverage experience preferred but not needed. A highly motivated, self-starter with an outgoing and friendly personality absolutely required! The Breakfast Host/Hostess responsible for preparing, executing, restocking, and cleaning the breakfast area. The host is also responsible for the guest service experience of the guests during breakfast service. Bring your smile and good morning energy!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take pride in the overall look and presentation of the breakfast provided! Prepare breakfast/breakfast area in a timely fashion for guests Ensure all products remain fresh and stocked during service times Greet every guest upon arrival, thank them upon departure Ensure guest is satisfies during breakfast experience with entire hotel stay Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area before, during, and after breakfast Know/Learn makeup of hotel and surrounding area including local attractions Complete daily reports and procedures as required by management Keep kitchen clean according to management and local health requirements Receive/Store Orders and Product properly within management and health requirements Maintain/Stock/Clean Lobby Pantry as needed Resolve guest complaints/concerns quickly and efficiently Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming Ensure security of building and safety of guests Clean and organize lobby as needed and when shift is complete Assist other departments/Managers as needed

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
