Duties

Greet guests warmly as they arrive in the breakfast area, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions about the menu or amenities Prepare and replenish breakfast items, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure freshness and quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness of the dining space by bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring the area is tidy and inviting at all times Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines, toasters, and warming stations Manage food handling responsibilities with strict adherence to food safety protocols and dietary guidelines Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast buffet or served stations, ensuring proper presentation and replenishment throughout service hours Must be able to work independantly with minimal supervision Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety by following cleaning procedures and health regulations at all times

Requirements

Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality roles is highly desirable; kitchen experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities and phone etiquette Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining energy and enthusiasm throughout shifts Knowledge of food handling safety practices and dietary accommodations Basic cooking skills including meal preparation, knife skills, meat cutting, and coffee brewing are beneficial Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
