We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for service and hospitality to join our team!
Qualified candidates should be energetic, detail-oriented, and experienced in professional customer service. We require a minimum of two years of restaurant or equivalent customer service experience, with a preference for fine dining.
Key requirements and responsibilities include:
- Professionalism: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive guest relations at all times.
- Service Skills: Ability to anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and handle phone inquiries for large parties and events.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with reservation platforms (OpenTable preferred) and floor plan management.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 4-5 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability: Monday-Thursday, with flexibility to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Shifts start from 3pm- 9pm daily.
