The Hospitality Project Specialist is primarily responsible for managing projects associated with strategic brand partners and affiliated distributors. This includes daily functions associated with project management, including competitive analysis, product line enhancements, tradeshow/meeting/training coordination, coordination of bid responses and bid samples.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Analyze and make recommendations for product line based on custom product requests and competitive database information.

• Receive and coordinate RFQs or bids, communicating with internal departments, sales team and sales management.

• Analyze product cost options and make recommendations for pricing structures.

• Recognize market and consumer trends to help formulate new product ideas.

• Provides data and insight regarding the status of stocked and non-stocked inventory levels to assist with sales forecasting and business development.

• Work closely with Product Line Strategists on new product development for brand and strategic accounts.

• Manage product and pricing inquiries related to assigned accounts.

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor\'s Degree Required.

• 2+ years sales, marketing, product or project management experience.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.

• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and enthusiastic about new ideas.
